Insurance

Given the high value of goods, all orders are shipped with complimentary insurance.

Delivery Fees 

We only offer Express Delivery given the high value of the goods. Express delivery is complimentary for orders over $350. For orders under $350 there is a Flat Rate Shipping fee.

Pick up from Thomastown Showroom

Alternatively you may choose to pick up your items at our Thomastown Showroom at no extra cost, you can select this option in the Checkout. We will send an email when your Order is ready for pick up, usually within 2-4 business days. If your order is urgent, please call us and we may be able to assist. You MUST provide photographic ID (such as a drivers license) and Order Confirmation in order for the items to be released.  

Home, Office & PO Boxes

Grounds Jewellers uses a variety of Couriers as well as Australia Post to make sure that your parcel is delivered in a timely manner. Because of this we are able to deliver to a Home, Business or PO Box. All items will need to be signed for, so please make sure someone is available at your chosen address to accept the delivery.

Dispatch Times

Please allow 1-5 business days before your item is shipped. If the item is custom, the time frame may vary. We will give you an update of the time frame once your order has been placed.

Delivery Times

As we only ship via Express methods, you will usually receive your order within 1-2 Business Days once the item has shipped. Please be aware that once your item is picked up by the Shipping Agent we have no control over the delivery time frame, and during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, you may experience delays in receiving your package.

Tracking your item

Once your item is on its way we will send you an email with the tracking information you need to stay updated about your items.

International Shipping

International deliveries will be considered depending on your location, please contact us if there's a particular item you're interested in and we can provide you with a shipping quote.

Returns of Custom/Made to Order & Special Order Items or Re-Sized Items

Due to the nature of Customisation, we are unable to accept any returns of items that have been Made to Order, Engraved or Re-Sized. We are also unable to accept returns on Special Order Items.

Exchanges

We only offer exchange on "In Stock" items within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make an exchange, we are more than happy to assist you in finding your perfect piece! For more information, please see our Terms & Conditions
